These terms govern use of the public websites at presenceos.us and anchor.presenceos.us (the “Sites”) operated by AetherPro Technologies LLC.
Informational purpose
Site content describes products and architecture for informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer, warranty, certification claim, or commitment to deliver specific hardware specifications, compliance certifications, or deployment outcomes unless set out in a signed agreement.
No unearned compliance claims
References to NIST, CMMC, auditability, or controlled data handling describe design intent and readiness support. They are not certifications unless independently assessed and documented under a formal program.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that degrades service, or submit malware or credentials through public forms.
Intellectual property
PresenceOS, Anchor Systems, Passport, RedWatch, Perceptor, Triad, CollabFabric, Aether Gateway, Aether Access, and related marks are used by AetherPro Technologies. APIS publications on Zenodo are subject to their respective licenses and records.
